I met Heather and Leo through a great couple we’re both friends with (thanks Brett & Dave!) I’m so glad they connected us as this was a fantabulous fall wedding! There are zillion venues to choose for a New England wedding, and this was the first time I’d shot at Stonehurst, the Robert Treat Paine Estate in Waltham. The house was designed by two pioneers of American architecture, Henry Hobson Richardson and Frederick Law Olmsted. Stonehurst is beautiful inside and out and it’s surrounded by 109 acres of conservation land.
Leo and the groomsmen chilled outside as guests arrived.
Their processional took advantage of one of the estate’s sinuous paths.
Heather and Leo were graced with a gorgeous day and the landscape was perfect for an open air outdoor ceremony.
Both inside and out, Stonehurst was decorated in an fall theme.
Congratulations again, Heather and Leo!
